We bake our own bread, pastries, and cakes everyday here at the café using organic, stoneground, Danish flour from Kornby Mølle.
Our bread and pastries are mixed and shaped by hand and slow fermented with sourdough and a variety of whole and ancient grains to maximize flavor, nutritional value, and keeping quality. Its all available to either eat here in the café, or to take home with you.

We also make our own gluten-free bread, which is only available to take away when ordered in advance.
